The remnants of Tropical Storm Fay have kicked up the winds around here the last couple of days, but luckily we are not supposed to get too much rain. It really dropped a bunch on parts of Florida though. Hopefully the rest of hurricane season will be nice and quiet!

Given the drop in oil prices, I think the (stock) market is factoring in a quiet hurricane season, but then again the markets ain’t always right.
